On October 21st, we were delighted to host students from Petra Business School (PBS) for a focused session on Employment Law in Indonesia, led by our Principal Attorney, Dr. Michael Hans, as part of their People Management course. A crucial question in contract law concerns the legal capacity of individuals with hearing and literacy disabilities to enter into binding agreements. According to Indonesian Disability Law, persons with disabilities are individuals who experience physical, intellectual, mental, and/or sensory limitations that may face barriers in full participation with other citizens based on equal rights.

July 2025 marked another successful chapter in MHANSLaw’s commitment to legal education as we welcomed students from Faculty of Law Airlangga University’s Asian Law Students Association (ALSA) and Masyarakat Yuris Muda Airlangga (MYMA) for an intensive one-month internship experience.

Law students from Sriwijaya University’s Faculty of Law are gaining invaluable real-world experience through our comprehensive internship program from May 26 - June 25, 2025. This Field Work Study Program (KKL) collaboration showcases our commitment to developing Indonesia’s next generation of legal practitioners.
