On October 3rd, 2023, Dr. Michael Hans had the privilege of being invited as a participant in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organized by the Legal and Human Rights Policy Strategy Body (Badan Strategi Kebijakan Hukum dan HAM) in collaboration with the Ministry Of Law and Human Rights East Java Regional Office.
The FGD revolved around the theme of "Drafting, Monitoring, and Evaluating Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 15 of 2023 Regarding the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 100 of 2021 on Intellectual Property Consultants."
Drawing from his extensive experience as a registered Intellectual Property Consultant with over 12 years in the field, Dr. Michael Hans actively contributed his valuable insights and perspectives during the discussion, alongside other selected participants. Their collective efforts aimed to ensure the effective and community-oriented implementation of this vital regulation.
