As a second-generation legal practitioner, Dr. Michael Hans has developed intensive leadership skills, literature knowledge, and legal experiences with a strong desire for lifelong learning.

 

Dr. Michael Hans holds several bachelor's and master's degrees in his pursuit of education. First, a Bachelor of Laws degree (S.H.) with an additional award from the Indonesia World Record Museum (MURI) from Airlangga University (Indonesia), the first-rank university in Indonesia for its Law programs according to the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Ranking (WUR) 2022. Second, a Bachelor Of Economics degree (S.E.) from Petra Christian University enrolled in the International Business Management Program. Third, a Master of Notary degree (M. Kn.) from Airlangga University and fourth, a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (United States). Lastly, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree (Dr.) from Airlangga University. His strong passion for growth and personal development also gained him multiple professional titles and licenses as Principal Attorney and Counselor at Law, Intellectual Property Consultant, Receiver and Administrator in Bankruptcy, Certified Legal Auditors, Certified Contract Drafter, and Certified Data Protection Officer. 

 

Besides practicing as an attorney, Dr. Michael Hans teaches at multiple universities in his spare time while also regularly sharing his knowledge with the public as a speaker or moderator on podcasts, talk shows, seminars, workshops, and other social events revolving around his expertise. On top of that, his diverse interest in joining communities led him to be elected as a committee member of the Indonesian Receiver And Administrator Association (IKAPI).
