To tackle Indonesia's shrinking corporate job market, Dr. Michael Hans, Principal Attorney at MHANSLaw and Founder of brand.advice, was invited by the Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO) to speak in the APINDO UMKM Merdeka (AUM) Program. This program collaborates with the Ministry of Education and Culture through the MSIB 6/2024 Program.
The AUM Program is designed to provide 275 students from 105 universities with the opportunity to gain practical experience in working and entrepreneurship all over Indonesia.
During his session, Dr. Hans provided in-depth insights into business legality and licensing to the students, covering the importance of business legality, aspects of business legality & products such as business associations, business permits, intellectual properties, contracts, and many more.
