Rastra Samara Huliselan is an Associate Lawyer at the Law Offices of Dr. Michael Hans & Associates (“MHANSLaw”). He graduated with a Law degree specializing in labor and employment law, criminal law, and business legal compliance from the University of Bhayangkara (Ubhara Jaya), Surabaya. Rastra has also earned his qualifications as a Certified Contract Drafter and a Licensed Advocate. Besides his education, Rastra is heavily involved in business and law organizations. He is an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Network 21, and has been chosen to lead the Pusat Kajian & Advokasi Tanah (PUKAT) Institute. 

 

Before becoming an associate at MHANSLaw, Rastra excelled as an experienced manager and worked as a legal officer at one of the biggest multinational companies. As an Associate Lawyer at MHANSLaw, Rastra is responsible for including but not limited to conducting legal research, preparing, and attending hearings; drafting legal documents such as reports, contracts, pleadings, appeals, and settlement agreements for contract negotiation and proceedings; advising clients on solutions and negotiate on behalf of clients; organize documents and client files to ensure data confidentiality.
