Anantha Wikrama is a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Dr. Michael Hans & Associates (“MHANSLaw”). He obtained his Bachelor of Law (S.H.) specializing in Business Law from Airlangga University, the first-rank university in Indonesia for its Law programs according to the SCImago Institutions Rankings 2023 and the QS World University Rankings (QS WUR) 2023. Over the course of his study, Anantha was actively involved  in Moot Court competitions and legal writing. Some of the Moot Court competitions that he was involved in, whether as a delegate or observer, include the National Moot Court Competition (NMCC) Tjokorda Raka Dherana UNUD, NMCC Abdul Kahar Muzakir UII, and NMCC Prof. Soedarto UNDIP. He has several legal writings published in legal journals and anthologies. He has also participated in several trainings such as the Batch I Legal Opinion Training and Batch III Contract Drafting Training by Airlangga Center for Legal Drafting & Professional Development. Upon graduating, Anantha has also taken the Special Education for Advocate Profession (PKPA) by PERADI. 

 

Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Anantha has experiences as a research assistant at FH UNAIR’s Center of Business Law Studies. As a Paralegal at MHANSLaw, his main responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting legal documents; researching and analyzing of countries, regulations, legal provisions, documents, and other data; meetings with clients, lawyers, the court and other professionals for consultations; conducting legal research and providing assistance in preparing for trials, hearings or other legal procedures; filing and organizing documents.
