Indriani Vicky Kartikasari is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, specializing in Business Law with a focus on contract law, dispute resolution, corporate law, and intellectual property. During her studies, she was actively engaged in legal research, moot court, and national legal writing competitions. Indriani earned several prestigious accolades, notably placing as the first Winner of the National Scientific Writing Competition at the Parahyangan Legal Competition 2023 and first Winner of the National Moot Court Competition Bulak Sumur V at Universitas Gadjah Mada, where she was also named Best Court Clerk. Additionally, she was a two-time recipient of the Bank Indonesia Scholarship. Her undergraduate thesis analyzed the application of the contra proferentem doctrine in the judicial interpretation of ambiguous standard clauses under Article 1349 of the Indonesian Civil Code.


Indriani has developed robust practical expertise through various roles in litigation and legal advisory. As a Legal Intern at Dr. Michael Hans & Associates (MHANS Law), she conducted extensive research on corporate and commercial matters, including business licensing, foreign investment, trademark licensing, bankruptcy, and M&A. She also assisted in drafting essential litigation documents, such as powers of attorney, pleadings, judicial review petitions, and lists of evidence. Her experience also includes serving as an Assistant Lawyer, where she supported attorneys in court proceedings and case documentation, and as a Litigation Paralegal at the Legal Aid Unit (UKBH) Universitas Airlangga, providing legal assistance to underserved clients and drafting legal notices, lawsuits, and legal opinions.
